Diyana

Trainee Clinical Psychologist  (M. Clin. Psych, IMU University)

Diyana is a trainee clinical psychologist who is pursuing her postgraduate studies at IMU University. The ups and downs of personal development and progress-making in therapy is what she hopes to normalise when working with clients. Her experiences in working with adults, children, and adolescents of Malaysian and international backgrounds continue to enrich her practice of being mindful of cultural sensitivity considerations during psychotherapy, assessments, and other associated programs. Her practice typically involves interventions rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) yet remains open to incorporate those from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She hopes to be a therapist who provides you the space to safely and comfortably express your worries, ailments, and achievements as you work collaboratively towards meeting your goals.
