Nurul Liyana

Liyana completed her Master in Human Sciences specializing in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), Malaysia.

Liyana is experienced in psycho-education for clients and their family members on the issues they experience. She also conducts psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults. Liyana is well versed in Psycho-dynamic psychotherapy, and  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CTB), and recently started applying. Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her therapy approaches. Her passion in mental health awareness drives her to increase her involvement in psychological assistance or training whenever possible. 

Humanitarian work:

Liyana involves in several NGOs by providing free online guidance and consultation for those who seek psychological assistance before and during the pandemic. She also provides talks, seminars and webinars on mental health organized by several organizations as a platform to spread mental health awareness.
