Yvonne

Yvonne is a trainee Clinical Psychologist currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cyberjaya. She is passionate about understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and how these influence one’s mental well-being. Guided by curiosity and empathy, Yvonne strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported in exploring their experiences.

Yvonne’s clinical interests lie in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), approaches that focus on helping individuals cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies. She aims to walk alongside her clients in their journey of growth, empowering them to build resilience, embrace change, and move toward meaningful personal development.
